1. How do I reserve a cleaning?

2. Are Xquisite M8d cleaners trustworthy?

​

Absolutely!  All our staff members pass thorough background checks and employment training to ensure quality of work meets our high standards.

3. Do I need to be home during cleaning service?

​

While is it isn't necessary to be home during service, we recommend your attendance for the initial cleaning.  We want to ensure we are exceeding your expectations. 

​

4. Do you provide supplies?

​

Yes, we bring EPA approved cleaning agents, and one time use cloths to prevent cross-contamination with each assignment.  All our products are non-toxic.  For stubborn stains and possible mold buildup within grout, we will consult the client on remediation solutions.

 

6. What is your Cancellation & Rescheduling policy?

​

Cancellation Policy?

  • More than 24 hours: Full refund

  • Less than 24 hours: $50 fee

  • Day-of cancellation: 50% charge

 

Rescheduling Policy?

​

Yes! If you notify us 24 hours in advance, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.

​

7. When do I get billed for service?

​

Upon a confirmed reservation, a deposit of 50% is processed and the balance when the service is completed.  

 

8. How do we reach Customer Service Associates?

​

  • Monday – Saturday: 8 AM – 4 PM

  • Sunday: Closed

  • Holiday hours may be limited, but we are always accessible by email, services@xquisitem8ds.com
